Description

You will own the definition and delivery of product strategy and execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term and long-term goals.
• Collaborate with technology and design teams to define product requirements and user stories.
• Manage the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including launch plans and organizational change campaigns.
• Monitor product launch performance and adjust strategy with executive and technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and data quality concepts.
• Proficiency with product management methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven experience working on software development projects.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
