Description

You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects for a team of 5-10 people. You own the scope, schedules, resources, and budgets while ensuring delivery meets quality standards and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, and resources for IT teams.
• Liaise between IT staff, business teams, and external partners.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks specific to IT projects.
• Develop work plans, scopes, and budgets while managing contracts.
• Ensure project delivery meets quality standards and business objectives.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven experience working with SAFe methodology.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
• US Citizenship required.
• Understanding of coding from a project management perspective.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and project management software.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure and software development lifecycles.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong technical writing and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification or equivalent with an IT focus.
• Government project experience.
• Working knowledge of Internal Audit processes, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2018, or CMMI v2.0.
