Must Have:

• Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable)
• Lightning Web Components (Lwc) Or Aura · Soql/Sosl Queries
• Good Understanding Of Salesforce Data Model (Objects, Relationships)
• Basic Understanding Of Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets)
• Experience With Flows And Declarative Automation
• Basic Api Integrations (Rest/Soap)
• Familiarity With Version Control, Salesforce Deployments Using Flosum, Copado Or Similar Devops Tools.
• Familiarity With Data Migration Tools (Data Loader, Etc.)

Good To Have:

• Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I, Admin)
• Exposure To Sandbox Environments And Release Process
• Basic Understanding Of Governor Limits And Debugging Logs

Experience Level

• 4-5 Years Of Salesforce Experience Onshore Location: Candidate Is Expected To Work Onsite In Upc

Desired Profile:

• Very Strong Salesforce Fundamentals In Development And Core Administration
• Experience In Multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service)
• Relevant Certifications · Very Good Communication Skills
• Strong Background Culture Of Delivering Projects With First Time Right/Zero Defects In Production.
• Emerging Ai, Agentic Knowledge Is A Plus
