Description

You will develop and optimize conversational AI and messaging platform experiences.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and participate in conversational design processes.
• Implement, train, and test conversational experiences using industry best practices.
• Analyze, test, and improve conversational experiences on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with implementation and client success teams to develop technical solutions and support software system deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in .NET programming.
• Strong background in relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with Web technologies and API development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or related cloud platforms.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience with Data Science, NLP, and AI.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SignalR, Service-bus queues, or Telephony and communications.
• Background in Infrastructure-as-a-service or DevOps.
