You will analyze, design, and implement information systems to meet business objectives and enhance performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain IT systems based on complex technical specifications.
• Analyze current processes to identify efficiency gaps and design continuous improvement projects.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure systems meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end-users.
• Create detailed documentation for system designs, workflows, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, design, and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Solochain, Kronos, SharePoint, or SQL.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language for stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• POPM Certification (Product Owner/Project Management).
