Description

Document IT cloud infrastructure and platforms hosting distributed applications and digital analytics environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain technical documents and architecture diagrams.
• Research and analyze complex technical information to document changing IT infrastructure architectures.
• Produce block, architecture, and process/swim lane diagrams using MS Visio.
• Translate complex infrastructure details for architects, engineers, developers, and managers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with cloud providers including Microsoft Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Ability to create technical illustrations and diagrams in MS Visio.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• High-level understanding of HTML, JSON, and Python.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL processes.
