Description

You will manage testing lifecycles and coordinate team activities to ensure quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Devise test strategies and approaches tailored to specific development models.
• Create test plans and estimates based on project scope and timelines.
• Assign, monitor, and track daily team tasks while reporting progress regularly.
• Review team test artifacts and generate metrics using collected data.
• Liaise with client teams to mitigate testing risks and ensure on-time delivery.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of IT industry experience.
• At least 2 years of software testing experience specifically with Pega.
• At least 1 year of experience in a team lead capacity.
• Strong knowledge of various test types and testing processes.
• Ability to design, plan, and report on test strategies.
• Experience with test automation and performance testing.
• Degree or Higher Diploma in IT, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
