Description

You will build and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Cassandra. You own the release pipeline, ensuring high performance and scalability through rigorous design reviews and code walk-throughs. You integrate Splunk SDK for Java to monitor, log, and analyze application data.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java 8, Spring Boot, and Cassandra.
• Implement Splunk SDK for Java to integrate logging, monitoring, and data export capabilities.
• Conduct design reviews and code walk-throughs to ensure architectural integrity.
• Write high-quality code for new features and maintenance tasks with a focus on performance.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience with Core Java and computer science fundamentals.
• Deep understanding of Java collections, including performance implications of data structures.
• Proficiency in Java threading and concurrency (executors, thread pools, semaphores, countdown latches).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and NoSQL databases, specifically Cassandra.
• Experience integrating Splunk SDK for Java for application monitoring and data analysis.
