Description

You will build and own the backend foundations for R&D systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop features and components using Java in a collaborative R&D environment.
• Implement backend services from scratch, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
• Meet defined performance goals using established KPIs.
• Maintain and optimize backend systems for reliability and speed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional Java Development experience.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot and Spring Integration.
• Experience implementing messaging systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with Redis for caching and messaging.
• Working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Familiarity with Linux environments and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with distributed caching solutions.
• Experience with Elasticsearch or Solr.
