Middle Office Test Lead

You will lead quality assurance efforts for asset management projects, focusing on trade and order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing teams and manage all project deliverables.
• Communicate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Create detailed test plans and coordinate testing activities.
• Manage defect tracking and reporting using tools like HP ALM or JIRA.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of IT experience in Quality Assurance.
• Deep knowledge of Asset Management, specifically Front and Middle Office services.
• Hands-on experience with Trade and Order Management Systems across various instrument types.
• Proficiency in defect management using HP ALM or JIRA.
• Experience managing end-to-end testing lifecycles including UAT and regression.
• Ability to provide regular test status reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Charles River or similar Order Management Systems.
