Description

You will manage, monitor, and tune Tibco and Kafka middleware platforms to ensure high availability and stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, patch, and performance tune Tibco software and Kafka platforms.
• Provide 24x7 third-level support and perform root cause analysis with vendors.
• Develop automation using Hawk rules, Confluent monitoring, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Execute implementation processes including pre/post-validation and backout procedures.
• Maintain platform security via CIS patching and compliance audits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of middleware administration experience.
• Expertise in Tibco Suite (BW5, BW6, ActiveSpaces, EMS, iProcess).
• Administration of Confluent product suite (ZooKeeper, Broker, Control Center, Connect, Replicator, Schema Registry).
• Proficiency in Windows, AIX, Unix, and Linux administration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS tools and latest Kafka versions.
• Strong scripting skills in Shell and Python.
• Knowledge of JVM, thread analysis, and core dump reading.
• Experience with JAVA, RDBMS, and SQL.
• Competency with Splunk, Jenkins, GIT, Zenoss, SOAP, and API management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating to Tibco iProcess 11.8, BW 5.14/6.8, and EMS 10.x.
• Familiarity with AppD, ServiceNow, or Jira.
