Description

You will act as a Subject Matter Expert to define, build, and support the architecture and tools used by application development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and present middleware administration solutions involving WebSphere, WebLogic, and JBoss.
• Participate in customer meetings to determine business and technical requirements for solution alternatives.
• Provide architecture support, standards, production control, and application server administration.
• Develop and maintain regional vendor relationships to secure necessary assistance and support.
• Deliver technical design solutions including services proposal content and pricing for customer projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Application Server Administration, specifically WebLogic and WebSphere.
• In-depth knowledge of UNIX environments from an architectural perspective.
• Proficiency with Korn shell scripting and strong understanding of the UNIX file system.
• Ability to create and manage UNIX profiles and navigate the command line.
• Experience working with UNIX, WebLogic, and WebSphere.
• Proven leadership skills to coordinate with multiple support and application teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
