Key Skills: IBM WebSphere eCommerce, Middleware, jboss, Administration

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain middleware application server environments.
• Monitor middleware services, analyze logs, and troubleshoot application and infrastructure incidents.
• Execute configuration changes, application deployments, patching, upgrades, service restarts, and routine health checks.
• Investigate production issues and coordinate resolution with application, infrastructure, and database teams.
• Support operational procedures, incident handling, change management, problem management, and on-call activities.

Skills Required:

• Four to twelve years of experience in middleware administration, with strong hands-on experience supporting IBM WebSphere eCommerce environments.
• Experience administering enterprise middleware platforms and application server environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot application availability, configuration, connectivity, and performance issues.
• Experience with application deployment, log analysis, patching, upgrades, and production support.

Good to Have:

• Experience with JBoss and middleware administration activities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
