You will manage and maintain middleware infrastructure and messaging services, ensuring stability across WebMethods and MQ environments within AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer WebMethods and MQ environments to ensure system stability.
• Manage middleware services and infrastructure within AWS.
• Support messaging queues and integration workflows.
• Communicate technical status and issues clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in middleware administration.
• Proven expertise in WebMethods.
• Hands-on experience with MQ Administration.
• Proficiency working within AWS environments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working in financial services companies.
• Prior experience as a Prudential employee or contractor.
