Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and patch IBM webMethods components:
• Integration Server
• Universal Messaging/Broker
• Command Central
• My webMethods Server (MWS)
• Optimize
• Manage DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD environments
• Handle production support, incident management, RCA, and issue resolution
• Analyze logs, heap dumps, and thread dumps for troubleshooting
• Perform JVM tuning, performance optimization, and capacity planning
• Support HA/DR setup, backup, and recovery planning
• Manage SSL certificates, LDAP integration, users, roles, and ACLs
• Automate deployments and operational tasks using scripting and Command Central
• Collaborate with developers, infrastructure, and security teams

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of webMethods Designer and coding
• Experience with cloud/hybrid integration platforms
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• webMethods certifications preferred
