Description

You will manage IBM WebSphere System Administration for critical applications, handling installations, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer IBM WebSphere Application Server environments, including HTTP, Application, and Plugin components.
• Perform installations and troubleshoot complex middleware issues.
• Manage failover, disaster recovery, and performance tuning processes.
• Collaborate with customers and technical partners to resolve system requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in middleware administration.
• Advanced knowledge of IBM WebSphere components.
• Strong UNIX administration skills.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting and Jython.
• Experience with Network, LTM, and Junctions.
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Ansible.
• Experience working within AWS environments.
