Description

You will manage and optimize enterprise messaging and integration environments. You own the full lifecycle of Tibco products, from installation and configuration to security patching and feature updates.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Tibco components including brokers, queues, topics, and services.
• Monitor system health and performance using Tibco Hawk or Tivoli to track throughput and resource utilization.
• Tune system configurations, memory usage, and threading to resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Implement RBAC policies, encryption, and secure communication channels following security best practices.
• Develop disaster recovery plans and maintain backup procedures for configurations and databases.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Tibco administration.
• Expertise in setting up, managing, and troubleshooting Tibco BusinessWorks and BusinessEvents.
• Hands-on experience with Tibco EMS, Red Hat AMQ, and ActiveMQ.
• Proficiency with application servers including Tomcat, Apache, WAS, and JBoss.
• Experience implementing integration design patterns such as message routing, transformation, and service orchestration.
• Proven ability to build scalable, secure architectures using geo-dispersed clusters.
• Experience integrating Tibco solutions with CA7, SAP, and other external systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and maintaining SOP documentation, KEDB, and capacity plans.
• Ability to handle data mapping, transformation, and various data formats.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with disaster recovery planning for complex integration environments.
