Description

You will design, develop, and deliver complex middleware integration solutions using IBM Integration Bus (IIB/ACE) and Java.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement middleware interfaces using IBM Integration Bus, IBM MQ, and IBM DataPower.
• Break down requirements into actionable units and manage end-to-end technical delivery alongside enterprise architects.
• Create high- and low-level design documents, API contracts, and automation test plans.
• Configure Linux/Unix environments and manage version control (GIT, Perforce) and build tools (Ant/Maven, Jenkins, Bitbucket).
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure solutions adhere to microservices design principles.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in middleware integration projects.
• Strong expertise in IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and App Connect Enterprise (ACE).
• Solid programming skills in Core Java, SQL, and Linux/Unix.
• Proficient with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSD, and XSLT.
• Familiarity with financial formats including SWIFT, CAMT, BAI2, CSV, and MTXXX.
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira and incident management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft, Angular, and Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools like Splunk.
