Description

You will design, develop, and implement middleware interfaces for complex integration solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement middleware interfaces using IBM Integration Bus, IBM MQ, and IBM DataPower.
• Translate requirements into high- and low-level design documents, API contracts, and automation test plans.
• Manage end-to-end technical delivery within agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Configure and manage Linux/Unix environments, version control, and build tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues and manage incidents alongside onshore and offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in middleware integration projects.
• Expertise in IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and App Connect Enterprise (ACE).
• Strong programming proficiency in Java, SQL, and Linux/Unix.
• Deep knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSD, and XSLT.
• Experience with message formats including SWIFT, CAMT, XML, BAI2, CSV, MTXXX, and COBOL copybooks.
• Proficiency with GIT, Perforce, Ant, Maven, Jenkins, and Bitbucket.
• Strong documentation skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft, Angular, or Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with Postman, SOAP UI, RIT/LISA, and Splunk.
