Good to Have Skills: Strong understanding of Weblogic, JBoss 7 & 8, IBM Websphere Application Server (WAS), Urban Code Deploy (UCD). Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in prioritizing activities. Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills with experience handling complex technical issues.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design ESB services using IBM ACE/IIB and messaging solutions for enterprise integration
• Enable integrations across core systems, microservices, and external partners
• Define and enforce integration patterns, coding standards, and best practices
• Review and approve design solutions across development squads
• Reduce ESB complexity and duplication while driving modernization initiatives
• Drive API-first and event-driven approaches for integration solutions
• Lead complex integration deliveries and support squads with technical challenges
• Collaborate with architects, platform teams, and developers across domains
• Enforce quality standards and ensure resilience in integration solutions
• Drive ESB simplification and modernization while mentoring team members

Experience Required: Experienced level position requiring strong ownership and accountability with ability to mentor team members and drive innovation while challenging legacy approaches
