Description

You will design, develop, and maintain middleware systems and programming architectures. You will own the full lifecycle of middleware solutions, from initial system design to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing programming systems and recommend performance improvements.
• Modify and encode programs to enhance system performance and address technical issues.
• Test, debug, and document programs to ensure they meet specifications and maintainability standards.
• Lead and direct the work of junior engineers while providing technical mentorship.
• Collaborate with project leads and managers to plan tasks and meet project deadlines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, or Python.
• Strong understanding of system design and software development.
• Expertise in debugging and complex problem-solving.
• Proven ability to document programs and processes clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
