Description

You will design, develop, and maintain middleware systems and programming architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of middleware solutions, from initial system design to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Analyze existing programming systems and recommend performance improvements.
• Modify and encode programs to enhance system performance and address technical issues.
• Lead and direct the work of junior engineers while providing technical mentorship.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, or Python.
• Strong understanding of system design and software development.
• Expertise in debugging and complex problem-solving.
• Proven ability to document programs and processes clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
