Description

Manage and optimize Oracle WebLogic and RabbitMQ environments across development, test, and production stages.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer Oracle WebLogic Server environments, including clustering, load balancing, and performance tuning.
• Manage RabbitMQ messaging systems with a focus on clustering, queue design, availability, and fault tolerance.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Ansible, Terraform, Python, or Shell to handle middleware provisioning, deployment, and patching.
• Troubleshoot and resolve middleware performance and connectivity issues, performing root cause analysis during production incidents.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to integrate middleware services into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Middleware Engineer or Systems Engineer.
• Deep hands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic Server (11g/12c), including domain creation and JDBC/Data Source management.
• Strong expertise in RabbitMQ, including message broker clustering and monitoring.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell.
• Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration.
• Experience with monitoring tools including Splunk or Datadog.
• Understanding of security practices such as SSL/TLS and authentication/authorization.

Preferred Skills

• WebLogic Certification.
• AWS knowledge.
• Advanced automation knowledge using Ansible, Python, or Shell scripting.
