Description

You will manage, automate, and optimize middleware infrastructure systems and serve as the final tier of support escalation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve outages involving web, application, and database servers.
• Design and implement architecture, verification procedures, and best practices for assigned technologies.
• Manage internal projects for new implementations and software system upgrades.
• Perform incident response and problem management, including root cause analysis for system outages or performance degradation.
• Mentor junior and mid-level team members through documentation and technical training.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience administering Internet Information Services (IIS) on Windows platforms.
• 3+ years of experience administering Apache on Windows or Red Hat Enterprise Linux platforms.
• 3+ years of experience administering IBM WebSphere on Windows or Red Hat Enterprise Linux platforms.
• Proficiency with Linux platforms and various operating systems.
• Experience with software engineering support for integrating baseline and non-baseline software into system environments.
• Ability to architect and design systems for hosted applications.
• Any Graduate degree.
