Description

You will manage and support middleware infrastructure, leading triage for application issues and implementing process improvements across Linux-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot enterprise Java applications end-to-end, from login to activation.
• Manage software delivery through automated pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
• Implement and document process improvements using automated toolsets.
• Lead triage and customer support events for application and system issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux operating systems, including SAN, NAS, and filesystems.
• 5+ years of experience with WebSphere, JBOSS, or Tomcat in Linux environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with UNIX Shell, Perl, or Python scripting.
• 4+ years of experience with software delivery tools like Ansible Tower, XLR, or JIRA.
• Proficiency in CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins, Maven/Ant, JFrog, or BitBucket.
• Experience troubleshooting web application communication protocols including JSON, HTTP, and XML.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries for database troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Agile software delivery methodologies and web application architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Docker, OpenShift, and network troubleshooting (DNS, VIP, Firewall, LTM).
• Experience managing complex single and multi-tier application architectures.
