Description

You will manage and support Tibco middleware environments and EDI integrations in a 24x7 production setting.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, deploy, and upgrade Tibco Business Connect.
• Manage production deployments using udeploy, bash, or Chef.
• Troubleshoot and perform performance analysis at the server and JVM levels.
• Coordinate patching, downtime, and outages with application owners.
• Handle incident, change, and problem management via ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in middleware administration.
• Expertise with Tibco Suite and Tibco Business Connect.
• Deep knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT).
• Proficiency with XML/XSLT, JSON, and flat file structures.
• Experience with SOAP, AS2, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP/SFTP, OFTP, and Web Services.
• Strong Bash scripting skills and automation tools (Chef or Ansible).
• Working knowledge of Linux, Solaris, and Windows OS command lines.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle.
