Description

You will design, implement, and support a cloud-based Enterprise Integration Platform across diverse data centers and cloud providers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the Enterprise Integration Platform to ensure high availability, security, and disaster recovery.
• Own the automation roadmap and strategy using infrastructure-as-code principles to improve policy-driven operations.
• Translate business requirements into orchestrated integrations and transformations using WSO2 Micro-Integrator.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for all operational issues and critical events related to the platform.
• Develop standard operating procedures, write knowledge articles, and train staff on platform capabilities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale, mission-critical production platforms at an enterprise level.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with WSO2 API Manager, including Gateway, Control Plane, Traffic Manager, and Key Manager configurations.
• Expertise in WSO2 distributed deployment models and Postgres DB data migration/replication.
• Deep knowledge of OAuth2, JWT/OAuth tokens, API security, and integrating WSO2 with Ping IDP/Ping Federate.
• Proficiency with OpenShift 4.x and Kubernetes 1.17 or higher.
• Experience configuring OpenTracing and Dynatrace for end-to-end API request/response tracing.
• Ability to write custom extensions on WSO2 to meet technical and IAM policy requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree or senior-level WSO2 industry certifications.
• Experience working in Scrum methodology using the Atlassian stack (Jira/Confluence).
