Description

You will manage and support middleware application environments within a Linux ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead triage and customer support events for application and service issues.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end flows for enterprise Java applications and debug server issues across single and multi-tier architectures.
• Manage software delivery through automated pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
• Implement and document process improvements using automated toolsets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux operating systems, including SAN, NAS, and filesystems.
• 5+ years of experience with WebSphere, Tomcat, or JBOSS troubleshooting in Linux environments.
• 5+ years of experience in Unix Shell, Perl, or Python scripting.
• 4+ years of experience in software delivery using Ansible Tower, XLR, or Jira.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise Java applications and web application architecture.
• Proficiency with web application communication protocols including JSON, HTTP, and XML.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins, Maven/Ant, JFrog Artifactory, or BitBucket.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries for database tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Docker/OpenShift container technologies.
• Exposure to network troubleshooting involving Routers, DNS, VIP, Firewall, or LTM.
