Description

You will manage middleware environments and automated software delivery pipelines for enterprise Java applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead triage and customer support for application and infrastructure issues.
• Troubleshoot web application flows from login to activation across single and multi-tier architectures.
• Debug server and service issues using automation tools like XLR.
• Manage software delivery using Jira and Ansible Tower.
• Document and implement process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux operating systems and infrastructure (SAN, NAS, filesystems).
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting WebSphere, Tomcat, or JBOSS in Linux environments.
• 5+ years of experience with UNIX Shell, Perl, or Python scripting.
• 4+ years of experience in software delivery using Ansible Tower, XLR, or Jira.
• Experience with web application protocols including JSON, HTTP, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins, Maven/Ant, JFrog, or BitBucket.
• Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for database tasks.
• Knowledge of Agile Software Delivery methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Docker, OpenShift, and networking troubleshooting (DNS, VIP, Firewall, LTM).
