Description

You will develop, administer, and tune enterprise middleware integration solutions on-site in San Antonio, TX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere) on UNIX and Windows.
• Design and implement APIs using SOAP, WSDL, RESTful services, RAML, or Swagger.
• Manage message queuing systems such as IBM MQ, Active MQ, and Kafka.
• Perform installations of IBM MQ, ACE, or WebSphere in high availability configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in middleware integration and enterprise application integration (EAI).
• Expertise in at least seven areas including IBM ACE, MuleSoft, IBM MQ, Active MQ, Kafka, or WebSphere administration.
• Proficiency in Java or ABAP programming and JVM tuning.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and Hadoop data administration on UNIX and Windows.
• Strong scripting and data transformation skills in Perl, Shell Scripting, XSLT, DataWeave, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Ability to manage multiple project priorities and work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• IBM ACE or MuleSoft certifications.
• Experience in the Utility industry or with NERC requirements.
