Description

Lead middleware integration projects as a technical consultant, designing solutions and ensuring seamless implementation with minimal process disruption.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to design and develop technical solutions for middleware challenges.
• Coordinate with IT teams to establish data interface options, define specifications, and evaluate datasets.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to design, develop, and configure products to customer specifications.
• Manage multiple parallel projects across regions to ensure system go-live dates are met.
• Oversee project tracking, status reporting, and the formal hand-off to account management.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience leading middleware and integration projects.
• 12-15 years of overall professional experience.
• Proficiency with Informatica, Dell Boomi, Apache NiFi, and Globalscape.
• Experience with IBM AIX, WebSphere MQ, and SOA.
• Proven experience solutioning and supporting middleware technology and integration projects.
• Experience in managed services support engagements using ITSM processes.
• Ability to act as a customer representative to communicate requirements to technical departments.
