Description

You will lead a team of Middleware Administrators to design, implement, and maintain middleware infrastructure that enables seamless system integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Middleware Administrators, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design and maintain middleware solutions including application servers, messaging systems, API gateways, and ESBs.
• Ensure platform availability and performance through proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
• Manage middleware configurations and deployments following strict version control and change management processes.
• Collaborate with architecture, development, and security teams to design integrations and enforce security best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in managing and maintaining middleware infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere (MQ, IIB, ACE, WAS).
• Proficiency with Apache Tomcat.
• Experience with Red Hat JBoss.
• Experience with MuleSoft.
• Proven ability to manage application servers, messaging systems, API gateways, and ESBs.
• Experience conducting environment health checks, audits, and vulnerability resolution.
• Strong background in implementing security measures for middleware infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• Engineering degree or any graduate degree.
