Description

You will provide L2 production support for MuleSoft integrations and SailPoint identity workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor middleware platforms to ensure API performance, system stability, and data flow reliability.
• Analyze incidents, perform root cause analysis for recurring issues, and coordinate with L3 teams for resolution.
• Ensure incidents, problems, and changes adhere to defined SLAs and ITIL processes.
• Identify and resolve performance degradation, integration failures, and access-related issues.
• Perform operational tasks including application restarts, middleware runtime patching, and deployment support.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in middleware support or identity & access management.
• Hands-on exposure to MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Mule 4.
• Working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow, including connectors and rules.
• Strong understanding of Java, XML, JSON, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
• Practical understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
