Description

This role owns the stability and operation of critical middleware and platform services.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support APIs within APIGEE.
• Set up and manage file transfer mechanisms, including NDM and SFTP configurations.
• Manage S3 tenants, defining access policies and integration points.
• Troubleshoot performance, memory leaks, and automate restarts for application servers.
• Support user migrations from AD-ENT to Azure AD, managing SSO and MFA flows.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years in Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or Middleware Support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux/Unix and Shell Scripting for automation.
• Experience with APIGEE, NDM/SFTP, S3, and Load Balancers/VIP configurations.
• Deep understanding of certificates, SSH, Venafi, and authentication protocols.
• Experience implementing SSO, OAuth2, Ping, and Azure AD integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues across multiple layers (network, server, application).
• Familiarity with provisioning and configuring web servers and Tomcat environments.
