Description

You provide 24/7 support for middleware systems, managing installations, configurations, and complex troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot IBM MQ, IBM App Connect, and ActiveMQ.
• Support core middleware infrastructure operations and resolve complex issues.
• Manage configurations using automation tools.
• Provide 24/7 support for middleware systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with IBM MQ and IBM App Connect.
• Proficiency with ActiveMQ.
• Strong command of Linux and Windows Server OS.
• Experience with Ansible/AWX scripting.
• Familiarity with ReactJS.
• Experience with AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
