Description

You will provide Level III technical support and troubleshooting for middleware and microservices-based applications in enterprise environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues within middleware and microservices architectures.
• Manage and configure Ocelot API gateways to ensure seamless service integration.
• Administer Apache Kafka clusters, Redis caching solutions, and SignalR real-time messaging.
• Maintain NiFi and NiFi CDC data flows and geospatial integrations using OpenStreetMap and Google Map APIs.
• Deploy and monitor containerized applications using Docker and Portainer.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of middleware application support experience (Level III) or 2+ years (Level II).
• Hands-on experience managing microservices architectures.
• Proficiency with Docker and Portainer containerization tools.
• Working knowledge of AWS Cloud services.
• Experience with API gateways, specifically Ocelot.
• Technical knowledge of Apache Kafka, Redis, and SignalR.
• Experience managing NiFi and NiFi CDC workflows.
• Familiarity with Keycloak identity management.
• Ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.

Preferred Skills

• Strong proficiency in .NET 8, C#, and Python.
• Experience with Angular and BitBucket CI/CD pipelines.
• Background working in Agile/DevOps-driven organizations.
