Description

You will manage the execution, monitoring, and control of middleware services while coordinating technical work and supervising involved teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and control service delivery to ensure stability.
• Coordinate technical work and supervise all involved teams.
• Measure performance using specific metrics, indicators, and monitoring reports.
• Communicate incidents and improvement opportunities to both clients and technical teams.
• Propose service improvements and team resizing to meet fluctuating demand.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• Administration, enterprise support, and implementation of RedHat OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• DevOps experience focusing on release automation and CI/CD for enterprise applications.
• Enterprise monitoring using ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Linux scripting proficiency.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Higher Vocational Training in System Administration.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Certification, Linux LPI, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator/Developer.
• Experience with GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, Hudson, ANTscripts, or Maven.
• Knowledge of web application development and HA Design/Architecture principles.
