Description

You will manage and support middleware infrastructure in a 24/7 production environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 production support, including incident management and service request fulfillment.
• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical system issues.
• Execute compliance tasks, vulnerability remediation, patching cycles, and SSL certificate management.
• Manage requirement gathering, technical documentation, and Plan of Action (POA) creation.
• Coordinate with service providers and customers to resolve day-to-day requests and critical incidents.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience in middleware administration.
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle WebLogic.
• Experience managing IBM WebSphere.
• Proficiency with IBM HTTP Server.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem analysis skills.
• Experience with inventory updates and technical reporting.
• Any Graduate degree.
