Role Requirements · Mid-level to Lead DevSecOps Execution:

o Core CI,CD pipelines, Jenkins, codebuild-

codepipeline, sonar, static code analysis,

code quality, Aquascan, Containerization,

Blue Green , Kube, Helm, Integrated Test

automation executions/ security scans, CD

Spinnaker tool

o K8S expert, Core debugging skills,

HA/DR skill, Azure AppGW

o Scripting - Python, groovy, bash/shell,

javascript, yaml, sql

o Good understanding of Tool chain & API

integrations

o Certifications preferred: ADO, CKA

· Alert/Incident Management

· Certificate Management

· Logging & Monitoring

o Monitoring, Alerting, Observability skills ,

Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, ELK,

Cloudwatch, KPI, Metrics, Log Ingestions 

o Expertise with service management , ITOps,

Root cause analysis, Issue triage, prevent

recurrence. 

o Proficiency in designing scalable and resilient

microservices-based systems, including the

selection of appropriate technologies,

patterns, and best practices

o understanding of microservices architecture

principles, including decomposition of

monolithic systems, service orchestration, and

API design, building CI pipelines, tool

integrations. 

o Expertise with Cloud native solution

Containerization, service mesh, LB,ALB,DNS,

building docker images, API and  Endpoint

security , container image scanning  

o Certifications preferred : ADO , CKA

Must Have Skills

Core CI-CD expert, K8S expert, Logging & Monitoring

(Prometheus & Grafana, ELK), Core Debugging and

resolve P1 issues. Observability(understanding),

Azure AppGW, Alert/Incident management, good

communication skills
