Description

You will maintain enterprise network infrastructure, manage security systems, and provide hands-on IT support for a production environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls across the enterprise network.
• Monitor network performance, diagnose connectivity issues, and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Provide IT support for end-users on Ubuntu, macOS, and Windows systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, endpoint configurations, and system access.
• Document issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures for team reference.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on network engineering experience in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, VPN technologies, and firewall administration.
• Experience supporting Linux (Ubuntu), macOS, and Windows environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and system access issues.
• Experience providing IT end-user support in a ticket-driven environment.
• CCNP certification is desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting network security infrastructure and enterprise wireless networks.
• Familiarity with endpoint management and network monitoring tools.
