Migration Lead

You will lead data migration efforts from Agile PLM to Teamcenter PLM, owning the end-to-end execution of extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive data migration strategies and plans for Teamcenter PLM.
• Assess the current data environment to identify systemic changes and data model updates required for the migration.
• Analyze and map source data to target Teamcenter PLM structures, defining and documenting data transformation rules to ensure integrity.
• Lead the execution of data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Conduct data validation and reconciliation to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy of migrated data.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter PLM (TC14.x or higher), including the ability to develop SQL scripts and ITK codes.
• Proven experience with bulk data migration tools and ETL processes.
• Ability to automate data migration tasks using migration tools and scripts to improve efficiency.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, PLM developers, and business analysts, to gather requirements.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Ability to provide regular progress reports and resolutions to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating from Agile PLM to Teamcenter PLM.
