Description

You will lead development and support for large-scale application migrations, primarily from PowerBuilder to .NET and Java.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and enhancements for existing PowerBuilder applications.
• Analyze legacy applications and design comprehensive migration solutions.
• Develop, review code, and execute unit and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide production support for migrated systems to ensure stability.
• Coordinate with onshore-offshore teams and gather requirements from clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application migration projects.
• Proficiency with PowerBuilder (versions 5.0 to 12.6).
• Strong command of SQL and relational databases: Oracle, Sybase ASE, DB2.
• Experience developing with Java.
• Familiarity with automation and utility tools: Autosys, Rapid SQL, PB Delta, PB Searcher.
• Ability to coordinate onshore-offshore teams and gather requirements from clients.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET migration pathways.
• Background in legacy system modernization.
