Description

You will lead technical migration efforts within the Risk, Finance, and Actuarial domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams through complex migrations in a highly matrixed, outsourced environment.
• Manage IT suppliers to ensure cost-effective delivery and assess application resource spend.
• Mentor technical staff to raise collective competency levels.
• Drive change management and navigate complex, ambiguous technical situations.
• Collaborate with partners using influence and authority to ensure project success.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in application development or data management.
• 3+ years in a technical team leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience with actuarial and/or financial systems.
• Deep knowledge of Life & Annuity insurance domains.
• Expertise in application architectures and APIs.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages and data management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, an analytical discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PolySystems, MG-ALFA, or Lawson (Infor) Financials.
• Agile solution delivery skills.
