Description

You will act as a subject matter expert focusing on the design, deployment, and customization of FIM and MIM environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy FIM/MIM solutions, including configuration, maintenance, and customizations.
• Manage MIM synchronization engines, including Classic configuration and Classic Rule Extensions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service defects or failures during testing phases by providing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with hardware, OS, DBA, and application development teams to ensure environment integration.
• Automate processes and procedures using PowerShell scripting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM 2016) or Forefront Identity Management (FIM 2010/2010 R2).
• Deep knowledge of MIM Service, MIM Portal, and MIM synchronization engines.
• Expertise in Active Directory and AD LDS design and maintenance.
• Experience with Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) and Microsoft Identity Integration Services (MIIS).
• Proficiency in LDAP, XPath, ADSI, and TFS.
• Strong understanding of authentication methodologies including SSO, Active Directory, and LDAP.
• Practical knowledge of SQL Server stored procedures, queries, and table design.
• Experience implementing Load Balancer, Failover, High Availability, and Disaster Recovery capabilities.
• Proven ability in scripting and process automation.
