Description

You will manage and analyze data to support Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations through the development and optimization of Management Information Systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and operational metrics.
• Collect and organize large datasets from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
• Perform in-depth analysis of operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage databases to ensure data integrity, security, and availability while troubleshooting MIS issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an MIS Analyst or in a similar data-driven role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Access.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with programming languages for data analytics, such as Python or R.
• Prior experience working within the BPO industry.
