Responsibilities

• Mine, clean, and analyze large datasets using advanced analytical techniques to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualization tools to track key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven insights.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8 to 16 years of experience in MIS or data analysis roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools including Tableau or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
• Practical experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree such as a Master's or MBA.
• Certifications in data analysis or business intelligence tools.
