Description

You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation for the Office of Licensing and Accreditation, managing vendor deliverables and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor deliverables to provide technical comments and recommendations for approval or change requests.
• Participate in requirements validation, system configuration, and design sessions.
• Assist with process redesign, documentation, and the review of test cases and data.
• Execute functional testing and support testing activities across all project phases.
• Maintain working relationships with implementation vendors, state business teams, and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in large, complex environments.
• Experience working within hybrid agile environments and understanding project management lifecycles.
• Background with provider management solutions and licensing or accreditation business functions.
• Proven ability to manage relationships between vendors and technical/business teams.
• Experience within state government or social services sectors.
• Any graduate degree.
