Description

You will design and deploy machine learning models to drive customer insights, profitability, and balance sheet optimization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and roll out machine learning models using structured and unstructured data.
• Apply natural language processing, deep learning, and time-series modeling techniques.
• Deploy models into production environments using established MLOps practices.
• Manage end-to-end ML workflows and MLOps toolsets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or AI.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Practical experience with MLOps tools and workflows.
• Experience working with big data tools such as Hadoop and Spark.
• Competency with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to work with both structured and unstructured datasets.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with risk modeling, capital frameworks, and regulatory compliance in the banking sector.
