Description

You will develop and optimize backend services for Agentic Services and On Your Data (OYD) products within the Azure AI ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Agent Service and OYD products on Azure AI platforms.
• Debug GenAI behaviors and diagnose AI quality and system performance issues.
• Build automation tools to reduce manual intervention in AI quality checks and live-site resolution.
• Support customer migrations from Azure OpenAI On Your Data to Agent Service.
• Participate in business-hour ICM triage queues for live-site issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development using Python (Flask/FastAPI) and C# (ASP.NET Core).
• Hands-on experience with NLP, GenAI, LLMs, and Azure OpenAI.
• Proven ability to debug AI-driven service issues and GenAI workflows.
• Experience working with Azure Services, specifically Agent Service and Azure OpenAI.
• Strong problem-solving skills for resolving live-site issues and system performance bottlenecks.
• Ability to scale OYD services to meet high customer demand.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
