Description

You will build and deploy production-grade machine learning solutions, owning the full software development lifecycle from design to operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full software development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Develop high-performance ML code for real-time platforms and extend existing ML libraries.
• Design and launch strategic ML solutions to drive business innovation.
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists to accelerate model development and integration into production systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience (design, coding, reviews, testing, deployment, operations).
• 5+ years building and deploying end-to-end ML solutions in production.
• Hands-on experience developing Generative AI solutions (RAG, AI Agents, LLM fine-tuning) in production.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency with Spark, Flink, Kafka, PySpark, Lakehouse, Druid, Hudi.
• Strong ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems.

Preferred Skills

• MS/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related discipline.
• Experience with Graph ML and Graph technologies (e.g., GNNs, GraphRAG).
